Hey all...this is just a real quick post to let everyone know that things are still going well here in Illinois. I only have a few days left and I plan to jam them full of things with my family and closest friends. I've been spending lots of time with Justin (my future husband - hahahaha), Steven, Angela, my parents and my sister. It's been good to be home. I wish I didn't live so far away.

As for the wedding....what a nightmare! It went exactly the way I imagined it would. I was somehow put in charge of absolutely everything and spent Friday night and all day Saturday running around doing EVERYTHING! Luckily, I got out of wearing denim and instead wore a cute little dress I bought at home before I flew back and my mother thought looked much better than a jean skirt (thanks Mom!). Saturday night, I ended up collapsing into bed at 10:15 and slept for 10 straight hours. I don't remember my first wedding being that stressful and am thinking that Vegas sounds pretty damn good for whenever I get married again.

Oh yes....another fun little update....I went shopping with my sister yesterday and bought a couple pairs of jeans at the Gap. I can wear jeans from the Gap! I've never been able to shop there and now I can! An added bonus is that both pairs were on clearance (and the clearance was 40% off the lowest price) so I got one pair for $5 and the other for $13. Yeeeeee-haw! I also bought a great hooded sweatshirt in size XL and it's a litle too roomie. I like that. Today I'm going to pay homage to my roots and look for a certain pair of boots that one of my girlfriends had on the other night. I hope I can find them....
